We are seeking a talented and experienced Claims Executive to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will handle a variety of claims, from simple to complex, using our state-of-the-art claims management system. Your daily tasks will include assessing claims, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assess and evaluate insurance claims to determine their validity and coverage.
- Conduct thorough investigations to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Negotiate with clients, third parties, and other stakeholders to reach fair and satisfactory settlements.
- Process claims through our claims management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate smooth claims resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the claims process.
- Monitor claims trends and identify areas for improvement in our claims management processes.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims management or a similar role in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance regulations and claims processes.
- Proficiency in using claims management software such as Guidewire or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess claims accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
