📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in recruitment and selection processes,Maintain employee records and documents,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding,Handle employee inquiries and concerns,Support in the development of HR policies and procedures,Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions,Support in performance management activities,Maintain a positive and professional work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR roles,Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HRIS systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken
