📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits of income and revenue records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in accounts receivable, working closely with the finance team to resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to staff on financial reporting and accounting procedures.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the organization's financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in income auditing or accounts receivable, preferably in a hospitality or conservation-related organization.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the hospitality or conservation industry is a plus.
