📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Oversee daily cash handling and banking procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Train and develop cashier staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor cash drawer balances and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to cashier staff.,Assist in inventory management and restocking to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cashier or retail management roles.,Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to train and develop staff.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and banking regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and operational issues.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
