PT Firdaus Putih is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanic to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues to determine the necessary repairs.,Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.,Lead a team of mechanics in performing complex repairs and maintenance tasks.,Ensure all maintenance work is completed in accordance with company policies and industry standards.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and vehicle history.,Train and mentor junior mechanics to ensure high-quality work and safety standards.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fleet maintenance environment.,Certifications in automotive repair and maintenance, such as ASE or similar.,Strong knowledge of automotive systems and technologies.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
