Mandarin-Speaking Shipping Officer - Logistics & Freight Coordination

Ming Sui Solusi Indonesia is seeking a Mandarin-Speaking Shipping Officer to join our dynamic logistics team in Tangerang, Banten. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless freight operations, customs clearance, and client coordination for our international shipping clients. As a Mandarin-speaking professional, you'll play a key role in bridging communication gaps and facilitating smooth transactions with our Chinese partners.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end shipping processes, from booking and documentation to tracking and delivery. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all shipments are handled efficiently and in compliance with international regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of shipping operations, including cargo booking, documentation, and tracking.
• Facilitate communication and transactions with Chinese clients and partners using Mandarin.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs clearance procedures.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping records and reports.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new shipping strategies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in shipping and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with shipping software such as Sea-Intelligence, CargoWise, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs clearance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Valid shipping and logistics certifications (e.g., CILT, APICS, or similar) are a plus.
