📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and assess dealer networks and authorized parts shops to understand their needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve parts availability and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and sales data using SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Collaborate with dealers to provide tailored solutions and support.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present reports to management on parts development activities and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Yamaha Motor's policies and procedures.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in parts development, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and Yamaha Motor's products and services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
