📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance market competitiveness.
- Manage the product lifecycle from introduction to discontinuation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate merchandising activities and promotions.
- Utilize tools like Salesforce and SAP for data analysis and inventory management.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of merchandising strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the mobile accessories sector.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to merchandising and demand planning.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, demand planning, or a similar role in the retail industry.
- Proven experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Salesforce, and SAP.
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the mobile accessories sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in demand planning or merchandising is a plus.
