📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily outlet operations, including staff scheduling and performance reviews.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.,Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing support.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in preparing and presenting sales reports to the Outlet Manager.,Participate in promotional activities and events to boost sales.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or outlet management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
