📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.,Prepare and submit purchase orders and invoices.,Conduct supplier evaluations and maintain supplier relationships.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analyses.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other procurement software.,Familiarity with procurement processes and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
