PT Putih Anugerah is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ubud. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, enhancing guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our culinary establishment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control.,Ensure the restaurant adheres to health and safety standards and food safety regulations.,Oversee food and beverage service, quality, and cost control.,Train and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.,Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budgeting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage staff and handle customer service issues.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
