📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
• Recommend and sell beauty treatments and products.
• Assist estheticians in performing treatments and procedures.
• Maintain the clinic's cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Manage client appointments and ensure punctuality.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the beauty industry.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of beauty products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably as a Beauty Advisor or Beauty Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with beauty software and tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Certification in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Beauty Science, Cosmetology, or a related field is preferred.
