📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver Chinese language lessons tailored to the needs of student-athletes.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with other subject heads to integrate language learning into the overall sports education curriculum.
• Organize cultural activities and events to enrich the students' understanding of Chinese language and culture.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of educational programs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in language education and incorporate them into your teaching methods.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new educators as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching Chinese language to students of various ages and proficiency levels.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese language pedagogy and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with the Chinese language and culture, including knowledge of Chinese literature, history, and contemporary issues.
