📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Organize and execute community events and meetups across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Manage social media accounts, creating and curating content that engages our community and promotes our events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive attendance and participation.
• Leverage data analytics tools to measure event success and refine future strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure the smooth execution of events.
• Foster a sense of community among attendees through thoughtful engagement and follow-up.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management and community building.
• Represent Loker.my.id at industry conferences and networking events to build brand awareness and partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, community building, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully organizing and executing events, both large and small.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation tools like Hootsuite, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in event management or a related field is a plus.
• Passion for Bali's culture, community, and the travel industry.
