Place Pearl Corporindo is looking for a Deputy Admin Finance to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial operations and ensuring the smooth running of our financial processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial transactions,Maintain and update financial records and reports,Support the accounts payable and receivable processes,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial analysis,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements,Provide administrative support to the finance team,Participate in financial meetings and provide necessary information

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines,Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy,Familiarity with financial software and systems is a plus
