📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Demi Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee the preparation and cooking of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including food storage and utensil maintenance.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Train and supervise junior staff members.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.,Assist in cost control and budget management for kitchen operations.,Participate in quality control checks to ensure food meets company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role in the culinary industry.,Proven track record of working in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures.,Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines is a plus.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
