📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of MEP systems, including HVAC, fire alarm systems, electrical distribution, and plumbing networks.
• Ensure the timely completion of maintenance tasks and repairs, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of MEP systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules and work orders using Maximo or similar facility management software.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless execution of maintenance and repair activities.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and contractors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to integrate MEP systems into new construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and building codes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in facility management, with a focus on MEP systems.
• Certification in facility management, such as RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or IFMA (Institute of Facility Management).
• Proven track record of successfully managing MEP systems in commercial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards, including OHSAS 18001 or similar.
• Proficiency in using facility management software, such as Maximo, IBM Facilities Management, or SAP Facilities Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
