📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations.,Maintain and update operational manuals and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.
