📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.

Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

Develop and implement processes for creating and managing technical documentation.

Provide training and support to employees on the use and maintenance of technical documentation.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.

Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
