📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement hybrid work strategies for local businesses, ensuring seamless integration of remote and in-office work.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate businesses on best practices for hybrid work.
• Use tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Gather and analyze data on employee productivity, satisfaction, and engagement to inform hybrid work strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in hybrid work through continuous learning and professional development.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to businesses as they transition to and optimize their hybrid work models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Measure and report on the success of hybrid work initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, consulting, or a related field, with a focus on hybrid work or flexible work environments.
• Certification in hybrid work or flexible work practices is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record of implementing successful HR strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
