Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues,Install, configure, and upgrade IT systems and software,Support end-users with technical issues and provide training,Monitor network performance and ensure system security,Backup and restore data as needed,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking,Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems,Experience with IT support tools and software such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar,Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
