📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.,Promote and sell medical products through various channels, including face-to-face interactions, presentations, and digital marketing.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the medical industry.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the medical field.,Manage and mentor junior medical representatives to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare market and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and a reliable vehicle for field work.
