Zone Village Corporindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Quality Control to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes to ensure that our products meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards.,Lead and mentor a team of quality control inspectors.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Provide training and support to team members on quality control best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
