Sumber Hana Electronics is looking for a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development activities into the work environment,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using training software and tools,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus
