  • Developing and implementing educational programs that align with our Christian vision.
  • Building and maintaining a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Overseeing the academic performance and progress of students.
  • Collaborating with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure the success of our students.
  • Ensuring compliance with all educational regulations and standards.
  • Representing the school in community events and activities.
  • Promoting and upholding Christian values and principles within the school.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in school administration.
  • Proven track record of successful school leadership.
  • Strong understanding of Christian education principles and values.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid teaching certification or equivalent.
