📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with hiring managers and providing updates on candidate progress.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding employment.
  • Providing guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
  • Bilingual in English and Indonesian is a plus.
