📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic financial advice to support business decision-making.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Manage the budgeting process and ensure accurate financial forecasting.,Provide training and mentorship to junior accountants and finance team members.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
