📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure a strong and diverse workforce.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Design and deliver training and development programs for employees.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration.,Lead and mentor junior HR staff.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
