📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow our social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.,Create and schedule engaging content for our social media channels, including images, videos, and graphics.,Assist with the setup and management of our TikTok Shop, including product listings, promotions, and customer service.,Monitor social media analytics and provide regular reports on our social media performance.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and e-commerce.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engaging audiences.,Experience with e-commerce platforms and a basic understanding of TikTok Shop is a plus.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.,Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.
