📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure a steady supply of quality materials and services.,Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement strategies as needed.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement operations.,Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings and efficiency.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supplier development and procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier development and procurement.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
