S & C Mitra Abadi is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff for Import Operations (DO & SWB Specialist) to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the import operations, including the preparation of Delivery Orders (DO) and Sea Waybills (SWB). Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of import documents.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and process Delivery Orders (DO) and Sea Waybills (SWB) for import shipments.,Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure timely and accurate processing of import documents.,Maintain and update import records and databases.,Assist in the resolution of any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the import process.,Monitor and report on the status of import shipments.,Provide support and guidance to junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in import operations or a related field.,Strong knowledge of import procedures, including the preparation of DO and SWB.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different locations.
