As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge,Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff,Evaluate training needs and design appropriate training materials,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and guidance to staff to improve their performance,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business goals,Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training software and tools,Proficient in Indonesian and English,Certification in training and development is a plus,Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
