📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, tax, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the tax compliance process, including tax planning, preparation, and filing.
• Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
• Provide financial advice and support to senior management on financial matters.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax management roles.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
