📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and comprehensive vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems using advanced diagnostic tools such as OBD-II scanners, multimeters, and specialized software.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and scheduled services to extend the lifespan of our fleet.
• Collaborate with the fleet management team to address any issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company safety standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to less experienced technicians.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in continuous training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on diesel and gasoline vehicles.
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Certifications in automotive repair and maintenance, such as ASE (Automotive Service Excellence), are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software, including OBD-II scanners, multimeters, and specialized repair equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of fleet management and maintenance best practices.
