📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation for various infrastructure projects, including airports and roadworks.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including bills of quantities, schedules, and cost reports.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that work is completed within budget and on schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and contractual agreements.
• Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to resolve issues and ensure project success.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, including project managers and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying and cost management.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
