📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist chefs in preparing ingredients and maintaining inventory.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting production targets.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of food quality.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to prevent foodborne illnesses.
• Participate in kitchen maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and dress code.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or food service setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
